We understand that unexpected delays are part of life. However, there is high demand for our services and other patients are waiting to book appointments with us. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we might be able to give your appointment slot to somebody else.
As a minimum, we require a notice of two working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A courtesy email will be sent to you a week before your appointment, and another reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. Please note that you are responsible for showing up on time for your appointment, regardless of our courtesy reminders.
Any failure on your behalf to inform us in time of your inability to attend your appointment will incur the full fee of your appointment. These cancellation fees acknowledge the time our team has held aside for your appointment and spent preparing for the appointment, as well as the fact that another patient cannot be scheduled on short notice for that time slot.
No show: Out of consideration and respect for our practitioners’ time, if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or notify us at least two working days in advance, we will have no choice but to charge you the full price of the scheduled visit.
Rescheduling: If you notify us in time, rescheduling your appointment will be a priority. However, as we tend to be pre-booked for many weeks in advance, please note that we may not be able to offer you an early replacement.
