What To Expect?

After sending us your request, Dr Doron will review it and make sure we are indeed in a position to help your child and family.

Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information. Some assessments may take longer to complete, due to their complexity, requiring additional appointments.

​

Who attends the appointment? Ideally, we would like to meet with the child and both parents. However, if the situation is more complex, don't hesitate to contact us for advice.

By the end of the assessment, By the end of the assessment, you will better understand the current situation and possible solutions. A written report will be provided electronically within up to 14 working days. In accordance with the Privacy Act it is entirely up to you whether you share this report with your GP, school, therapist, etc.

At our clinic, your care is our top priority. To make sure that we can give you our full attention during your visits, we use a helpful tool called Nabla Copilot. This AI-powered software assists us by turning our conversations into written notes, which means your clinician can focus more on you and less on paperwork. Nabla Copilot is trusted by many clinics and hospitals worldwide.

 

Your Privacy Matters:

We understand that your privacy is very important, and we want to reassure you of the following:

  • Confidentiality: Your medical information, including the notes created with Nabla Copilot, will remain confidential.

  • No Recordings Stored: The tool will not keep audio recordings of our conversations, so your privacy is fully protected.

  • Secure Data Handling: The data processed by Nabla Copilot is securely managed according to strict privacy regulations (compliant with both HIPAA and GDPR) and is not used to train future AI models.

 

Your Rights:

  • You are welcome to ask any questions or request more details about how Nabla Copilot works.

  • You have the right to opt out of using Nabla Copilot at any time without impacting your care.
